5:2 Metabolic Juice Fast (2 Days)

This is our hybrid on our juice cleanse and the popular-again intermittent fast. Each juice fast will consist of 2 day sets of 5 bottles of cold pressured juices (so 10 bottles in each set), recommended to be consumed in sequence as shown below, in intervals of 2 hours each, on each of the 2 fasting days. Each set of juices is approximately 500kcal and will contain the essential nutrients to sustain your day's needs as well as to provide for added detoxification and restore your gut health. You will not be consuming anything but the 5 bottles of juices during the 2 fasting days, and it's advisable to fast approximately 12 to 15 hours before and after each juice fast for added metabolism boost and fat burn. Added water intake is crucial during the fasting days to aid with the detox and weight loss.
