Sunrise Smoothie

Mango, peach and apple create a naturally sweet, aromatic base that masks spinach's more vegetal notes. Spinach contributes carotenoids and micronutrients, while the fruits add vitamin C and a range of polyphenols. Functionally, it's an accessible way of combining leafy greens with fruit rather than a highly concentrated “green juice.”

A colourful combination of fruits and spinach provides naturally occurring carotenoids, polyphenols and vitamin C that help protect the body's cells against oxidative stress. The variety of fruits and greens actually matters and our Sunrise Smoothie blend gives you a broader mix of plant compounds than relying on one fruit alone.

Mango, peach, apple and spinach each bring their own mix of naturally occurring vitamins, carotenoids and plant compounds, making Sunrise a colourful way to add more variety to your day.
